We embark on a journey of self-reflection as 2024 winds to a close. The winter deepens and settles into the land, and the days darken in response. The earth invites us to join the creatures pausing to rest and gather their energies for the coming new year. Quieting into a pause-and-reflect process, we follow the natural order of the seasons. We find the rhythm of our own sense-making in the journey of our lives. Here's to deepening our wisdom of who we are now, today, in these times, and how we gather our energies for what lies ahead.

The Workbook Process
Our process uses the mapped stages of Carl Jung’s Hero’s Journey to explore our experiences of the past year. Using a journal to record your thoughts, reflections, and insights is a great way to keep track of what you learn.
The Schedule
I will be sending out a series of 4 emails to folks who have registered over the final 4 Saturdays of December. Each email will include a link to that week’s material and prompts. The email schedule:

- December 21: Rewriting Our Stories
- December 28th: Return with The Elixir

Closing Ritual 1st Saturday of January
We bring our month-long process to a community with an online gathering occurring the evening of the first Saturday of the new year. Held in ritual and ceremony to integrate our learnings in the collective, we land as we begin, with open hearts.
